The Breezes in Bar Harbor is The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty House of the week on social media.
Built in 1885, The Breezes is on a very large lot, over one acre in town Bar Harbor. The rolling lawn meanders down the oceanfront with views of Bar Island and surrounding homes and harbor.
Known as Millionaire's Row when The Breezes was built, West Street still today boasts some of Bar Harbor's most notable historic structures. The entire street is listed on the National Historic Register.

Bar Harbor Shoreline - Historic Homes
Betty Bryer of The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty has listed The Breezes on West Street in Bar Harbor. In perusing the fantastic results of the first photo shoot with Mike Perlman, we came across this photo taken from the front lawn of The Breezes.
Looking to the left, (this photo) one has a great view of the front of four historic Bar Harbor homes, Reverie, Anchorhold, Greencourt and Bagatelle. If you were to look to the right you would see the Bar - going out to Bar Island - hopefully not at high tide with an unknowing tourist's car submerged...
